For that's super-dry, with split ends and frizz, try this easy, cheap hot oil treatment:
Dampen your hair, then massage through lots of sweet almond oil (from a health food store), concentrating on the ends. Put a towel in the microwave for 2 minutes, then wrap it around your head like a turban and leave on for 10 minutes. Then just shampoo the oil out, condition as normal, and voila! If your hair is starting to look dull and lank due to buildup of styling products or chlorine, simply add a teaspoon of bicarb soda to your regular shampoo. This will remove any product residue and leave your hair feeling squeaky-clean. Alternatively, try rinsing your hair in apple cider vinegar - it doesn't smell great, but works wonders to improve your hair's shine!
