You would think in the 20th century with all the new policies and guidelines that schools, offices and clubs have to follow Bullies would be a thing of the past. But it seems the ever growing competitive nature of people keeps bullying alive.

So how do we deal with bullies and protect ourselves and more importantly our children from bullies that alive and kicking?
