The grand final for the Melbourne Fresh Industry Competition is being held at Revolver Upstairs, 229 Chapel Street, Prahran on Tuesday, August 5th. There is one artist that wants to take her spot as the 2008 Melbourne Fresh Industry Winner. DVS is a new a young talented Hip Hop artist. She has battled it out and will be performing with her Dance Crew PoisE'n to claim the title. DVS and her crew have fought through heats and won the semi-final to get to the grand final of the competition.

DVS and her crew PoisE'n will be battling out to take the grand final winner position. With moves that shake the floor and a voice that can make any grown man cry, there will be a unmissable performance at the Melbourne Fresh Industry Competition.

DVS is the fresh new face of Australia's Hip Hop Industry. She has released her own song called 'Do Tha Damn Thing,' which is making its way through clubs and venues around the city. You can also find it on her myspace page. Australia's Hip Hop industry is a very hard industry to break into and we as a country have not had much recognition through out the world for our female or male hip hop artists. DVS has the drive and passion to take our Hip Hop and R&B to the next level.
