Having tried all the alternative methods of conception, Kate is left with no option but to invest in a surrogate mother. What she gets instead is South Philly working-class girl Angie Ostrowiski (Amy Poehler), as her Baby Mama.

After learning that Angie is pregnant Kate goes into precision nesting mode; babyproofing her apartment and researching top schools but her well-organised strategy is turned upside down when her Baby Mama shows up at her doorstep with no place to live.

What ensues is a hilarious series of events as these two complete polar opposites struggle to live together, all the while preparing for the upcoming birth of the baby.

While boasting an all-star cast including Greg Kinnear, Steve Martin and Sigourney Weaver, it's Emmy Award-Winning Tina Fey and Amy Poehler that steal the show.
