Stay-healthy Winter Tips

While it’s almost impossible to avoid catching a cold or flu over Winter - unless you have no contact with other humans! - there are some steps which can help stop the spread of viruses.

1. Wash hands!
The single most important, and yet most forgotten step to flu prevention. Colds and flu are spread when infected people cough and sneeze, sending virus-laden droplets into the air. If you come into contact with contaminated surfaces (and think about all the public surfaces you touch on a daily basis!) then touch your nose, mouth or eyes you’ll transfer the virus into your system.
