The world's all-time favourite children's entertainers, The Wiggles are set to release their tastiest musical treat yet, -Apples & Bananas – A Wiggly Collection of Nursery Rhymes' on Feb 7^th. 

 

 

Touring across Australia from March – June 2014

Fresh off the back of their international -Ready, Steady, Wiggle' tour, the world's all-time favourite children's entertainers, Anthony, Emma, Lachy and Simon aren't stopping wiggling anytime soon, releasing their tastiest musical treat yet, -Apples & Bananas – A Wiggly Collection of Nursery Rhymes'.

This -a-peeling' album set for release February 7^th, contains twenty-two bite-sized nursery rhymes and songs which have been sung and danced to by children throughout the generations and have now been given The Wiggles' special musical touch!

Little fans can embrace -Apples & Bananas', singing along to -This Little Piggy Went to Market' and -Miss Polly Had a Dolly' with special international guests and friends - Lee Hawkins, host of -The Business of Celebrity' at The Wall Street Journal (see live snippet here) and the delightful Dennisha Pratt, live host from Sprout's Sunny Side Up Show in the mornings across the US.

The Wiggles filmed throughout North America, across the ocean to Ireland for -Michael Finnegan' and then over the continent for the delightful French song -Sur le Pont d'Avignon', taking fans on a delicious musical journey time and time again.

Dorothy the Dinosaur swings on -Shortnin' Bread', Henry The Octopus whirls through -One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Once I Caught a Fish Alive' not forgetting the -spider-iffic' actions of -Itsy Bitsy Spider' and -The Wheels on the Bus' which will have arms rotating playfully in all directions.

The Wiggles' -Apples & Bananas' tour has also just been announced which will have Anthony, Emma, Lachy and Simon start their all singing and dancing live concerts in Sydney, performing shows from March to June entertaining children around most of Australia. Tickets and details can be found here. By the end of this year, The Wiggles will have toured to every state and Territory in our wide brown land!

To coincide with the release of -Apples & Bananas' on DVD (March 5^th), Hoyts will be hosting a special premiere event at the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park and joined by The Wiggles themselves. Screenings will take place over 2 weekends in March across Australia & New Zealand.  More details to come.
