Step 1 Cut 1 Baguette into 8 equal portions. Halve lengthwise.
Step 2 Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Basil.
Step 3 Spread inside each baguette. Top with roast beef slices.

Step 1 Arrange 8 slices of Continental bread on a baking tray.

Step 3 Add pears to mixture and cook, turning occasionally, until glazed. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
