Heidi McKenzie, a successful Melbournian entrepreneur, who works in her home based business, attributes her success to not only Knowing but Believing anything has been and is possible.

So, how has this Aussie woman hit it so big?

The inspiration for Heidi was born following the owning and operating of her own retail business, success with a science degree followed by a career in nursing, surgical sales and marketing management, recruitment, and property investing - what would be next and how would the culmination of all previous experience and success develop into a truly awesome outcome?

Heidi has put her hand to many things over the years and with success following success, decided that it was time to focus on the things that she was both doing well and enjoyed.

Heidi decided that in order to attain happiness; firstly to figure out what happiness was to her would be the critical ingredient!

Ultimate happiness to Heidi, she decided, was being able to have lifestyle. Lifestyle was about being with family, holidays, surrounded by beautiful things and the time to enjoy these things - this was the goal!

In order to acquire these things, however, financial freedom was the first thing that had to be achieved in an environment that encouraged health and wellness of mind and body. Ultimately, the goal was to go after the big dream - the dream of having Lifestyle freedom and being, doing and having it all.

Understanding that she could 'have it all' together with the belief that it was both possible and that she deserved it, Heidi started Awesome Outcome in 2007 and now works from home and spends time with her family doing what they all love best, having fun.

"It was evident that once my initial goals were being achieved, goals that were bigger and brighter had to be set." Heidi states. "The big goal now and what delivers the most satisfaction to date is teaching and mentoring others in overcoming their self limiting beliefs and achieve their goals. It had, through this process, become glaringly evident that what is important to me, is also important to most other people I have come in contact with" Heidi went on to say. The question that was then begging to be answered was 'Why not achieve personal results whilst assisting others to achieve their results and goals too?' It had to be a winner! And it was....
