kIDz Pack - Child identification Card
Baby & child Identification card. Cards can be carried in your handbag, children's bags or on a wristband.
Using a wristband (which is a safer alternative to the current forms of ID ie name badges), the kIDz identification cards work similarly to that of your licence and medical card. Can be easily filled out at home with important information like, Mother's & Father's name, contact numbers & home address. Your childs blood group, DOB, hair & eye colour, doctor's details, allergies, midication requirements, medicare number, languages spoken and an alternative contact. Plus includes room for a photo.
Perfect for excursions, exhibitions, shows, fetes and markets. Handy to have when children go to grandparents, carers, friends house's or birthday parties so important information and contact details are handy if required.
Acknowledged by various emergency service organisations nationally, as a useful tool for emergency service personnel to be able to identify and render assistance to babies and children. Especially helpful in circumstances where the accompanying adult is unable to provide details.
