One World Touring is proud to present Australia's newest and most epic music event, SNOWTUNES 2015, which is coming to the scenic backdrop of Lake Jindabyne on Saturday 15 August 2015.

Featuring the hottest local and international DJs and music acts in the coolest Australian location, SNOWTUNES 2015 is shaping up to be a sonic and visual feast for Aussie music fans.

Against a stunning scenic backdrop, and in a world first, internationally-acclaimed stage designers Stagekings will collaborate with award-winning technical production team Chromatic to create an eye-popping, visually spectacular staging and lighting concept ever seen at one of Australia's most idyllic locations."

Gigant Stagekings, the Australian partner of Europe's leading stage builder Gigant International, and Stagekings, who won the Best Decoration award at 2014 Festivalchart Awards, have designed a world-class custom stage and set, cleverly integrating local elements of the iconic Jindabyne and Snowy Mountains region.

Chromatic, who have won multiple Best Event Awards, will create an incredible technical spectacle, unleash hundreds of pyrotechnic explosions and deliver stateof- the-art lighting designs that promise to cleverly interact with the custom stage structure and astonishing natural backdrop.

'We're very excited to be collaborating with Chromatic in designing and building the inaugural Snowtunes festival. We've built stages in some amazing places, from Europe to the Caribbean, but we've never seen a backdrop as spectacular as Lake Jindabyne. Both Stagekings and Chromatic have been involved in the design or production of internationally renowned music festivals across the globe, and they have worked on half of the -Top 25 Festival Stages' of all time. Working with each other for the very first time, against one of the most visually iconic settings on planet earth, the two heavyweights promise to deliver the most exciting staging and technical innovation in a European-style bespoke festival event.

DJ Stacie Todd is a recent addition to the SNOWTUNES line-up, travelling all the way from the U.S. She's been busy performing at special events around the globe, including the recent Ultra Festival, and has played alongside big names such as Tiesto, Steve Aoki, Nervo, Laidback Luke, The Stafford Brothers, Bag Raiders and many others. Stacie is looking forward to heading back to perform in Australia, 'I'm so excited to come home after an extensive tour of America. SNOWTUNES will be one of my first shows back in Australia and I can't wait to get out there and share my energy and beats with the crowd."

SNOWTUNES 2015 will integrate a variety of bars, carnival rides, and a stellar line-up of Australian and International artists, from award-winning duo Hermitude, chart topping rapper Allday, hip-hop darling TKAY MAIDZA, electronic music talent Northie, leading social media icon and rapper Fortafy, along with Slumberjack, MC Losty, Paces, Bad Decisions ft Konvex and Kronic, to provide over seven hours of live music and entertainment.

The open-air event is conveniently situated in the heart of Lake Jindabyne, which is located between the famous slopes of Perisher and Thredbo. Chartered buses have been arranged from Canberra, Berridale, Cooma and Queanbeyan and are available when a SNOWTUNES ticket is purchased.

SNOWTUNES has a primary objective in generating opportunities for the local economy in the Snowy Mountains and bringing first time skiers and snowboarders to the region.

Interview with Stacie Todd

Question: What is Snowtunes?

Stacie Todd: SNOWTUNES is an all-ages music event held at the Open Air Stage in Jindabyne this Saturday August 15th, featuring an eclectic lineup of artists and DJ's, a variety of bars, food stalls, carnival rides and more!


Question: How does it feel to be in the line-up for Snowtunes?

Stacie Todd: I feel excited and honoured to be apart of something so new to Australia, not to mention playing alongside such talented artists.


Question: Can you talk about your 'life on the road"?

Stacie Todd: My life on the road consists of lots of airport adventures, travelling to new places for gigs, meeting amazing people, learning more about myself and different types of music around the world, and trying lots of yummy foods.


Question: Do you have any pre-show rituals?

Stacie Todd: I always listen to country music, have a nice glass of red wine and dance around my hotel room.


Question: Which artists set are you looking forward to catching whilst at Snowtunes?


Stacie Todd: I'm really excited to see Slumberjack play I've heard great things.


Question: What music/artists do you listen to when you are not playing your own?

Stacie Todd: I love love love Disclosure and The Weeknd.


Question: Was there a moment you contemplated throwing in the towel?

Stacie Todd: When someone requested me to play "Call me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen


Question: Do you prefer performing live or recording?

Stacie Todd: Live always!


Question: What/who was your inspiration to go into the music industry?

Stacie Todd: My first Ultra music festival in Miami I attended I was blown away by the djs and the crowds they play too.


Question: What is the biggest challenge you have faced along the way to your musical success?

Stacie Todd: Every gig is a new challenge, that's why I love it so much. But I guess being away from my family for long periods of time.


Question: What's a typical day like?

Stacie Todd: Most of the time it's the worry of getting on a plane in time. Being able to travel is one of the perks, but it does get a little tiresome.


Question: What has been your favourite part of becoming a music artist?

Stacie Todd: Being creative and always meeting new people.


Question: If you could collaborate with another artist, who would it be?

Stacie Todd: Wow, there are soo many. Probably Skrillex and Sam Smith
