Cast: Mark Wahlberg, Mila Kunis, Giovanni Ribisi, Joel McHale
Director: Seth MacFarlane
Genre: Comedy
Rated: MA

Synopsis: Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane brings his boundary-pushing brand of humour to the big screen for the first time as writer, director and voice star of Ted. In the live action/CG-animated comedy, he tells the story of John Bennett (Mark Wahlberg), a grown man who must deal with the cherished teddy bear who came to life as the result of a childhood wish…and has refused to leave his side ever since.

Verdict: I have been waiting for Ted to hit the cinemas because when I first caught the trailer I laughed the entire way through and the film was no different!

Ted tells the story of John, a grown man, who's best friend is his swearing, rude and drug-using teddy bear who came to life after a childhood wish during John's rough childhood. It's all party, party, party for the two best friends until John's romantic relationship with Lori (Mila Kunis) begins to complicate the childhood friend's daily schedule.

Don't be fooled by the teddy bear, Ted is not a film for children, containing humour surrounding drugs, sex and 80's references Ted is evidently from the creator of Family Guy, Seth MacFarlane (who also voices Ted). Seth MacFarlane has been saving up all his gags for this film that will have all of us repeating the one liners, for months to come!

If you are a fan of Family Guy, American Dad and The Cleveland Show you are going to love Ted, and if you're not, but you remember watching Flash Gordon - this movie is for you!

Mark Wahlberg, Mila Kunis, Giovanni Ribisi and Joel McHale all contribute to ensure Seth MacFarlane's Ted is comedy gold. Don't miss it!
