What Women Want

What Women Want What and who motivates you to lose weight. Is it pressure from the media and celebrities or wanting a healthy lifestyle or to impress a partner or potential partner?

"Summer is fast approaching and many are no doubt dreading the start of the swimsuit season".

According to personal fitness trainer Dean Piazza, the most effective weight loss regimes add the least amount of pressure to already busy lifestyles.

"Depending on how much weight you would like to lose, give yourself plenty of time to achieve the desired result," says Piazza. "It will take a combination of diet and exercise to achieve the best results, so allow at least 3-4 months to give your body time to adjust to the training, see the outcome and reduce the risk of injury."
