#1 Facial Wash/Scrub
Mix ¼ teaspoon of Bi-Carb Soda and your liquid cleanser into the palm of your hand. Make sure it is well dissolved. Apply in gentle circular motions to your face and neck, avoiding the eyes. Rinse off with warm water. Pat face dry with a soft towel and wipe with a gentle toner.

#2 Minimise Blackheads
For problem areas on your face or body where blackheads appear, use Bi-Carb Soda paste (combine 3 parts of Bi-Carb Soda with 1 part water) and spread over the affected area. Leave for a few minutes then rise off with warm water.

#3 Skin Softener
Add a handful of Bi-Carb Soda to your bath water to soften your skin.

#4 Sunburn and Windburn Relief

Dissolve approximately 100g of Bi-Carb Soda in a tepid bath and soak in the bath for about 15mins

#5 Clean Make Up Brushes
To clean make up brushes, soak in Bi-Carb Soda solution (3 tablespoons Bi-Carb Soda in 1 litre of warm water) overnight. Rinse well and dry

#6 Teeth Whitening
Mix Bi-Carb Soda with toothpaste and brush teeth as usual. Rinse mouth thoroughly after brushing. The Bi-Carb will remove plaque, freshen breath and remove stains.
