With -Blanket 3072' clocking over 30K SoundCloud plays, POND front-man and indie renegade Nicholas Allbrook is perpetuating his unique brand of psychedelic musings with -Noyfeck', the next single off his highly anticipated -Walrus EP', out now via Spinning Top Records.

-Noyfeck' is another piece in Allbrook's strange, jagged puzzle. Doused in vintage synths and set alight with rickety drum patterns, slow burning bass and guitar riffs explode in a smoky, psychedelic torrent. A joyful and meticulous mess of Allbrook's beloved elements, -Noyfeck' is as consuming as it is vibrant.

His most experimental and diverse release to date, the EP was recorded between Brunswick and Preston in Melbourne. Written and produced by Allbrook himself, the EP also features Tame Impala's Julien Barbagallo with Evelyn Ida Morris (drums and synths respectively) on -Salvo or Stop the Goats (a thinly veiled blah blah)', mastering courtesy of Flower Drums' Aden Senycia, and mixing advice provided by Kevin Parker himself.

The -Walrus' EP follows on from the artist's full-length 2014 debut -Ganough, Wallis and Fatuna', which spawned singles -Whispers of Beauty' and -100k's Round Carmel', garnering more than 100k SoundCloud plays collectively, and fixing global acclaim for Allbrook as a solo artist. Following a string of solo shows around Australia and Europe, and a co-headline tour with neo-psych rockers The Laurels, Nick is set to appear at Carriageworks event -At First Sight'' in Sydney this November.
