The Perfect Cocktail for Valentine's Day at QV Outdoor Cinema

QV Melbourne's Outdoor Cinema is thrilled to announce more live entertainment, themed food and drink, pop-up beer bars and wine tastings, doggie dress ups and special filmmaker screenings for their February program.

Sessions begin at 8:30pm Thursday to Sunday nights until 26 February, with special event screenings commencing at 7:30pm. Tickets are on sale now via qvcinema.com.au.

With an entire week is dedicated to Ryan Gosling right before Valentine's Day on 9-12 February. Teeling Whiskey will recreate Gosling's concoctions from Crazy, Stupid, Love on Friday 10 February, with free cocktails for all cinema goers who arrive early at 7:30pm.

Bring the kids along to Pixar + Popcorn, a week dedicated to some of Pixar's most popular movies from 16, 17 & 19 February. Pint-sized cinemagoers can enjoy free popcorn while they watch Inside Out, Wall E and Finding Dory.

Melbourne's only silent cinema is located on the open air Astroturf square in the heart of the precinct. One of the city's most affordable outdoor cinemas, QV Outdoor Cinema's $12 ticket includes deckchair seating and high quality headphones for every audience member.

The Teeling Whiskey Old Fashioned

The Teeling Whiskey Old Fashioned has become such a firm favourite with visitors in the distillery, that outcries for the well-guarded recipe could no longer be ignored!

Ingredients:

2 parts Teeling Small Batch Whiskey
1 part Clement Creole Shrubb (Orange Liqueur)
½ part Pineapple Syrup (equal parts pineapple juice and caster sugar, warm (don't boil) & stir until sugar dissolves, allow to cool)
3 dash Orange Bitters
2 parts water
