Ingredients 

• 450g white chocolate buttons
• 120g white marshmallows, halved
• 100g turkish delight, chopped
• 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
• 1/3 cup macadamia halves
• 1/3 cup craisins
• 1/3 cup McKenzie's Shredded Coconut
• 2 tbs, extra for decoration McKenzie's Shredded Coconut

Directions

Line the base and sides of a 20 x 20cm slice tin.

Place chocolate buttons in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water. Heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Stir in the marshmallows, turkish delight, both nuts, craisins and coconut. Mix thoroughly.

Pour into the prepared tin and sprinkle with additional coconut. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into pieces for serving.

Tips

• Cut into bars and wrap in paper or cellophane to give away as gifts.
• Remove from the refrigerator for 10 minutes, before cutting into pieces.
